We’re currently experiencing dispatch delays due to high demand at our warehouse. While our team and 3PL partners are working around the clock, we cannot guarantee delivery before December 24th.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 9th.

Please note: These dates are approximate and intended as a guideline only. Orders placed after this date may still arrive before Christmas, but delays can occur. Due to current dispatch congestion, even orders placed before the cut-off may experience unexpected shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Our products are shipped from the United States. Orders for delivery outside of the US may have local customs and import fees upon delivery. These are to be paid by you to the Courier.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • We don’t deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
  • We are unable to ship to Guam at this time.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
