Waterborne have designed the Adapter for the most aggressive surf-skaters in the world. Tested under forces of up to 1500 lbs, far more than any rider could exert.

The most beautiful and performing skateboard to surf asfalt ever !

I bought the Mint SurfSkate on Thursday, August 15 and received my order today, Tuesday, August 20. The shipment was extremely fast and the skate carefully packed. The skateboard is gorgeous, sumptuous. The mint color is incredibly beautiful : yes indeed, the colour really reminds us of the sumptuous blue of Hawaii’s waves ! The gliding sensation is sooo crazy : I really feel like I’m on my surfboard at sea. The glide is fluid, soft, but can also be dynamic if you put more intensity : a dream. When I slide with this skateboard, there is almost no noise and it is also very pleasant from a sound point of view. I recommend to many people who love the high quality glide, surfing, and all the nice sensations this water sport gives us, to buy this skateboard. Buy it and you’ll see that you really have a surfboard in your hands. Enjoy the ride, the smooth glide on bitumen !

Hard For Absolute Beginner

I just started surfskating 2 days ago, I tried my cute new Penny board and also two different boards my friend had (one was a Carver). Hers were both flat whereas the Penny board rises up in the center and edges which felt hard to stand on. Her boards also felt much smoother to ride and it felt really bumpy on the Penny board. The Penny was also super loose/wobbly o the trucks which I'm sure is great for super tight turns and maybe someone more advanced but scary for a beginner (even after we tightened the trucks as much as we could). I'm an absolute beginner and I have zero expertise but this board is scary and uncomfortable for me so I'll have to try to re-sell online which is a bummer after just one use. I loved the feel of the other style boards so that's what I'm comparing to.
